Link no longer appearing above or below article

I only installed your wonderful plugin yesterday and it worked fine. But after the update you released today, the link that previously appeared below articles "Download article as PDF" no longer appears. The sidebar is still there. But not the one at the bottom. I've tried unchecking that box, and rechecking and no go. Doesn't work if I specify for it to appear at the top of the article either.

I am running WordPress 3.1 with the Thesis theme.

Please update to the version above 3.1. Version 3.1 should fix the bug.
