    Windows Vista.

downloaded it the other day, worked fine, did some print to .pdf, did what I needed to.

Then I had some pages to swap around in 2 .pdf's, so opened program.
Found files I wanted, dragged them accross but they are blank, no preview.
It has the right amount of pages, but theres nothing in any of them, then if you click on a blank page to edit it, it's just a black window.

One of the .pdf's was created by open office, so I opened the file in acrobat reader and saved a copy to make sure it was in the adobe format, that didn't work either.
I'm just going to go back and see if the print to .pdf work still.
Shame as when I used it, it just did what I needed.

I have uninstalled the program and re-installed it to no avail, just the same, just opens blank .pdf's.

    Any pointers?

I tried doing a screen grab with you software, that doesn't work either.

    Did anything happen with this?
I downloaded the program at work, and used it on XP, that's working fine.
I did what I needed to do, just a shame I can't get it working at home.
    🙁

I once did something like that and I had to return the Windows dvd. They gave me a new one and it worked fine. I should have come here and found ways to fix it, from you guys. Thanks for the info
