    issue happens in PDF24 7.5 and 8.2.

    Details:
I have a desktop with Windows 7, which has default language for non-Unicode programs as "Chinese (Simplified, PRC)" (in Region and Language settings). I had tried PDF24 7.5 and now 8.2, and the output PDF file is not searchable, even for English text. Furthermore, I can select text from PDF file in Adobe reader, yet the text pasted to Notepad is random code instead of the text shown.

In contrast, I have a laptop with Windows 7, with default language as "English". Then with PDF24 7.5, the output PDF file is searchable. This only works when I configured the PDF24 setting as: TrueType Font=Substitute with Device Font.

Am I missing some configuration setting in PDF24? Or this is built-in issue due to the Postscript toolset used by PDF24?
    Thanks a lot.
