I am trying to install the latest Update for the program but it keeps telling me that there is a version of the program that is open and must be closed. The only version of the program open is the exe file. I have confirmed this via the system task master.
What do I need to to do update this program????
Close every process which has something to do with pdf24. All PDF24 process contains the name pdf24, like pdf24.exe or pdf24-Creator.exe. CLose all these processes, also processes from other users. In the taskmanager you have to check "Show all process" to see all the processes of your Windows. If that does not help, try a reboot.
