Questions of my residence, and my destination.

Im in Vietnam and need frequently to send faxes, especially inside Vietnam and to China.
1. As a Vietnamese resident, can I have access to your fax online service ?
2. By using trial plan, can I send faxes to China ? Or I have to pay some monthly fee ?
3. In which way can I pay you ? Paypal, Western Union, etc. ?
