PDF 24 was working perfectly before update online, now it is showing error massage as bellow?

The Procedure entry point GetLogicalProcessorInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll

I've the same problem with XP service pack 2. If someone find a trick to solve the poblem please tell us.
