Final dimension is bigger than the sum of the single ones

Hi, I tried several times to unify 4 pdf files with the following dimensions: 987kb, 907kb, 778kb and 44kb. When I unify them in one document the final dimension is 5.372kb instead of 2.714kb (=987+907+778+44). So I have a lot of problems to send the attachment because it is too big.

Hi, try to play around with the DPI values when saving the PDF file. You could also try to print the files n the PDF printer first to create new PDF files which can then be used for merge them.

Try to choose a lower JPEG quality to get better compression results.

Hi, I just tried all tricks to saved the single scans in a very low quality in order to save dpi and kbits. Therefore the dimension of the single files is low (and the qulity is not very good ...), but unifying them it is getting immense! help!
