PDF24 Creator v6.2.0 needs to run properly some .Net Framework version previously installed in my computer?
Hi;
Few days ago I´ve download and installed from your site a fresh copy of this software (v6.2.0, private use) but I cannot convert any document.
The program starts and show the GUI, and all the menus and context menus are shown too. The virtual printer and virtual fax were also installed and their icons are visible in the Printers folder. I´ve set the PDF24 printer as default printer.
When I drag and drop or select and import a document from the embeded explorer to the working area a small window appears at top left area of my desktop, showing some kind of document transfer action-motion GIF but whwn this small window closes, no more thing happens. Then, a rectangle shape window with the sheep appears over the notify area with a message saying something similar to this: The conversion process was impossible to do because the required software was not found, and then, this pop-up window vanishes. Any conversion was done.
I´am looking all-around at your site for any kind of explanation or other info about the required system specifacations that your application need to work fine, but i´m not able to find it anywhere.
I´m running Windows XP SP3 X86 in a desktop PC but without any .Net Framework version installed on it.
Can you help me?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
the PDF24 creator itself supports some document types out of the box. Others are printed on the PDF printer but sometimes we can't determine whether the PDF creation is possible and therefore we show this small information.
The auto conversion is an add-on for the PDF printer. You can always convert your documents manually by opening in the default reader and printing it out to the PDF printer to create the PDF version of your document.
