size of document on the page

Hi
Sometimes when I create a document by printing to PDF24 the document is very small on the page of the saved PDF file can you point me in the right direction to find the answer

a created report is sent to pdf24 creator via the print function with 4 seperate documents created I then combine the pages to one document and save the created PDF file. The document is saved as good quality PDF.
When I go to print the document the printed page is about 50% of the required size.
