PDF24 is not workig

Please advise why there is no way to convert the excel and words documents

When i use the PDF24 to convert excel and word documents, there is no screen printout, I only get to see black screen with wordings say draf and drop - drop a document here to edit it. Even I have draged and dropped any excel an word documents into the stated space, there is still no result. Please help. Thanks.

Do you have excel or word or at least an excel or word viewer installed? If not then conversions will fail. Use the PDF24 Online Converter instead to convert your documents.
