The installation program doesnt start

After downloading the installation exe file, precisely the one named:

pdf24-creator-7.4.0

By double clicking, it does not start.

It could be that Windows or a security application blocks the execution. I think that you can allow execution manually but I currently don't know how to do that. Search the web to find that out.
