I have an e-fax saved as a PDF that is light and a different font.
When I open it in PDF Creator it is unreadable. Is there anything I can do? I cant modify the PDF in any way. I wanted to secure the PDF.

You can try to recreate the PDF file by printing the file on the PDF printer. That creates a new PDF files which should be compatible.
That is a simple trick if you have problems with some files. As long as you can read a file with an application which can print the file then you can create a new PDF file which is always compatible with the PDF24 Creator.
