Inserting a page from another pdf without losing editing features like markup, text editing mode, Sticky notes etc

How to retain the editing mode of the original pdf file, when a new pdf is created after inserting a page from another pdf ?

(Editing features like The sticky notes, text box, markup etc will be suppressed with creation of new pdf after inserting the pages from another pdf)
