I need to be able to build/get an index of contents i can use for my converted files
Dear all, I need to convert several pages from word to PDF and as I will get a multipages booklet i need also a form of index I can use to quickly reach the needed pages I have to look for...how to do it?

I have the same question. I have many pages of sheet music I'd like to combine into a booklet. I have merged several pages and created bookmarks for them - great feature! I would also like to have an index.
