Good day to you. How do I use the print to file feature?

How do I use the print to file feature?

I use a software program that does not save to a Word or other text file. It will only print out on paper everything. I need to save on paper and simple transfer the info to be printed into a PDF or Word, any other data storage file.
I was recommended your product to accomplish this. But, could not find information on how to do it using your software. Please, help.
