error while converting to PDF

can i convert without using online pdf converter?

I upgraded to newest PDF24, now it will only convert PDFs online.
I work offline.
Please advise.

Hi,

please open your file with the default application for that file type and then hit the print button and print the file on the PDF24 PDF printer. This will create a PDF file.

Can you tell me what file type it is and what reader for that file type do you have installed?

Excel file using Foxit Reader.
Your solution worked, even though the buttons on the tool bars keep crashing if utilized.
