why does the program cannot convert a .tse file into a .pdf file?
I just installed the program and created a new account.
I pick the file in the local program and use the tools to convert into a .pdf file which it cannot do. I am redirected to online tools. I pick the .tse file and try to convert to .pdf without success. I get an error message saying go back. I tried numerous times with the same result.
