Document creation not working with new release 4.4.3

The new release has been tested ?????

Im having some issues with the new release 4.4.3, the document creation is not working, when I start on the application, first I cant see the content of the file that I dragged into the PDF24-editor widget all is blank,second I cant even go back and use any previous version as Im requeted to update to the newest release which is 4.4.3..Any idea.....

Please open the document in a reader or viewer which can open the document. Then print the document and choose the PDF24 PDF printer. This crates the PDF.

When I open pdf24 I can't see any pages. When I save a new pdf, the pages a blank. When I try to convert a Word document to a pdf, the uploaded Word document is blank as well as the new pdf. What can I do to fix this problem?
