How can I setup PDF24 to print A4 size on A4 by default and not on Letter?

I have no need to manually choose the right paper size for A3, A2, A1 and A0, but when I want to print A4 size a Letter size is printed.

Normally A4 is the default paper size, but an application can set the paper size..
