Converted excel files being saved in grayscale only?

When I load an excel file into pdf24 creator, I can save in grayscale only despite selecting all the various colour options. can anybody assist?

Print the file on the PDF24 PDF printer. Open the printer settings when printing, choose grayscale and then print the file.

This should work if you try to create a grayscale PDF file.
