Hi, Id like to close my account but when deleting the user it says ACCOUNT DELETION DENIED NOT CLOSED FAX PLANS. Please close my account and notify me that it is closed or instruct me how to close it despite this error message. Thank you.

Follow the question link on the site and inform the team that you want to cancel.

Accounts with open fax plan can't simply be deleted. The plan has to be canceled first in order to delete an account.
