Hi,
All day today the service has been failing to produce pdfs for email.
It gets stuck in a perpetual looping state within the pop-up that says "The PDF is being created. Please wait a moment". No PDF is generated and no email is sent even after a few hours.
This occurs when using the Javascript API test on this site (en.pdf24.org) as well as my website.
It was working fine yesterday. Has anything changed?

PS - This isn't another PEBDAC error on my part, since I haven't actually changed anything on my site since it stopped working  |

| We had a broken hardware. Everything is repaired now. The service is online and PDF files can be created. |
