Why converter makes only the first page of multiple pages file?

I sent multiple pages TIF file for conversion to PDF via converter@pdf24.org I received converted PDF, but only with the first page of the TIF file.

Please use the PDF24 Creator 3.6 to convert the multi.paged TIFF file to PDF. This version supports multi-paged TIFF files.

Using an e-mail pdf converter is the easiest way to convert files from iphone. Various viewers for iphone do not recognize multiple .tif files and would be great to get completely converted pdf file from converter@pdf24.org
