Rotation not saved

After scanning a document of 2 pages in pdf format, I wanted to rotate one of the 2 pages (page 2). The rotated page appears rotated in the edition screen but is not saved rotated. If I open the document with Adobe Reader, the page 2 appears not rotated. Even with the last version 6.9.2.
Did I do something wrong or is it impossible to do that?

Open the file with the PDF24 Creator, change the rotation of the pages and then hit the save button in the toolbar.

Ensure that you do not use the auto rotate feature here. Choose the None option of the "Auto rotate pages" feature.
