Creating a custom page size pdf.

I am trying to pdf a Word file. I go to Print, Choose PDF24PDf, Properties, Advanced, Custom PostScript PAge Size and change it to 8.5 x 5.5. When I open the newly created PDF, its on LTR size? HELP!

You maybe have to set the paper size within word itself. Check the page layout pages or the page setup pages..

Go to 'Control Panel'
Go to 'Hardware and Sound'
Go to 'Device and Printers'
Right Click 'PDF24' printer.
Left Click 'Printer Preferences'
In the general tab the paper available box will say 'Letter'
Left click 'Preferences'
Left Click 'Advanced'
Select Paper Size A4
Left click Ok.
Left click Apply.
In the general tab the paper available box will say 'A4'
Left click Ok.
Problem fixed!

PDF24 creator reduces all the A3 TIF images in A4 format! Why?!
