change letter, why??

My doc is A4 format, but after convert the pdf is letter format, why?

Seems to be that your file was printed as Letter format. Try to convert the file manually by printing it on the PDF printer. Open the file, click print, open the printer settings, click advanced and ensure that you select A4 as paper format. Then print out.

I do change to A4 format as I print, but the file has already changed to LETTER format so I get a lot of blank space at the bottom.... What I´m trying to do is loading the file as A4. Can you help me?
