cant change a microsoft word to PDF

after downloading your product i still cant change to PDF file. i drag and drop in the location but all i have then is a blank page. can you tell me why? i can use this with other documents i have with no problem. why not a microsoft word document? thank you

hmm ok, please try the common way to convert a document to PDF. Therefore open the document in Word, click on print in WOrd, select the PDF24 printer and click print. This is the common way to create PDF files. The common way should work in most instances.
