Does PDF24 convert docx documents?

I couldn't find a complete feature list of PDF Converter 2.0. Could someone give me a list or point me to the webpage withe all the features?

We are using PDF24 as a tool to save screen prints to PDF from a wonderware application. When the PDF's are created the right side of the screen shot is cut off. Can this be corrected?
