I receive following message when dragging a PDF document in PDF24 Creator: When creating a document an error occurred. There was no document created.

I have copied and HTML code for the PDF convertor and put it up on my site. Everything comes up ok, however when i select a document and email it, i do not get any email. Ive tried it several times and for different emails, but still doesnt work. Do i need to change the HTML coding?
