embedded objects in word files are not printed. There is no question that the links cannot be updated by your product; but, your product should be able to print with the most recently updated object contents. Competing products can do this. thanks

We are using PDF24 as a tool to save screen prints to pdf from a wonderware application. When the pdf's are created the right side of the screen shot is cut off. Can this be corrected?

Can't print with Google Chrome

Where can I change the default page orientation setting in PDF24? The copy I have recently installed insists on printing in landscape, and most of my docs are in portrait. Help!! Kind regards, Tony email: tony@hoare.co.za

It makes no difference whether I set no scaling or A4 or letter in the print box or advanced setting in printing it still cuts off the footer unless the footer is moved up the page pre printing.

I have a Excel 2007 file (.xls) which prints perfectly in PDF24 3.3. But if I add an image as background it does not work : page 1 is incomplete (but the background is OK), there is only background on page 2. I can print in pdf directly with Excel and its OK. I have the latest version of PDF24 on Windows 7. I was able to get the watermark on one document but have not been able to do it again. Is there something Im doing wrong?

In my previous software I was able to print to PDF and select black and white (saves ink). PDF 24 seems to still convert the document to a color pdf even though I select the black and white option. I would appreciate your advice in this regard. L. Browne

I have been using PDF24 for years. Currently I run PDF24 3.5.2 on Windows 7 Ultimate with remote desktop enabled. I kept multiple remote desktop sessions all with my user account. Then when printing to PDF24, the PDF24 assistant always printed to another remote desktop session firstly. After I tried to print several times, the PDF24 assistant showed up in my current remote desktop session. It seemed PDF24 assistant walked through the sessions, and displayed the dialog box on each of them. Could you help? My email is bigjumpfish77@live.com.
