Is there a pdf24 for Android?

Is there a way to save,convert files to pdf for Android tablets?

Yes please, pdf24 for Android would be very useful. I do all my reading and mark-up of documents with Adobe Reader on an Android phone. Occasionally there is a locked document which means I cannot mark it up. pdf24 is great for unlocking locked documents but it would be more convenient if I could do that while offline as I do a lot of reading while on the London Underground or in an aeroplane.
