Problem using the PDF editor

Editor freezes after opening a PDF.

I have installed PDF24 V3.5.3 on XP SP3. It works fine for creating a PDF from other programs, but the editor doesnt work. When I open a PDF in the editor, it is initially displayed in the window, but as soon as I click anywhere, the program freezes. I suppose I can uninstall and reinstall but maybe somebody has a more elegant solution.

Normally this should not happen. Is that the case with all of your PDF files or only with a special one?

Please send the PDF file to support@pdf24.org so that someone can check the problem.

You can always print the PDF file on PDF24 printer to create a new PDF file which should work with the editor.
