PDF doesnt save

Why did the PDF creator stop working (saving)?

I downloaded the PDF.org on my PC (windos vsta) and I go through all the steps but it doesnt save.Long after the green bar is full, the process of saving goes on in perpetuity. If I close, the document is corrupt. Please advise. Thank you. Alex Ps. Ive installed and reinstalled a couple of times, restarted the computer. etc.
